Commitment to Quality

At FlowVeda, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.


FlowVeda™ Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All domestic orders are fulfilled through our FDA-registered distribution facility, where products are stored at room temperature prior to shipping.
  • Standard shipping times may vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.


FlowVeda™ International Shipping

The following terms apply to all international orders:

a)      Restricted Countries
FlowVeda™ does not ship to certain countries due to regulatory or logistical constraints. For the latest list of restricted countries, visit our shipping partner Passport here.

b)      Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Countries
For countries where Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping is offered, taxes and duties are calculated and charged at checkout. FlowVeda™ manages these payments on your behalf.

c)      Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Countries
For countries where Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping applies, you are responsible for paying all taxes and duties. Products must be picked up at the designated location.

International shipping is handled through Passport, ensuring that all applicable taxes, duties, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout.

By using international shipping services by FlowVeda™, you agree to these terms and responsibilities.

 

General Terms

  • Once an order is shipped, FlowVeda is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In the event of any discrepancies between this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service or Refund Policy, the Terms of Service and Refund Policy shall take precedence.
